Equipped with an integrated, automatic friction-brake mechanism, our manual winches immediately hold the load in place the moment the operator releases the crank handle. This positive load-locking feature eliminates dangerous free-wheeling and prevents handle recoil during operation.

Built with high-strength carbon steel or 304/316 corrosion-resistant stainless steel housings, Tieshou self-locking hand winches range in capacity from 800 lbs (350 kg) to 3,000 lbs (1,500 kg). Featuring heat-treated precision gears, smooth two-way ratchet operation (lifting and lowering), and optional wire rope or web strap configurations, our brake winches comply with international safety standards for industrial, marine, agricultural, and stage equipment positioning.
