I. Product Overview 

How to operate the CD type electric hoist is a light and small lifting equipment? The CD type wirerope electric hoists, belonging to the national standardized series product. It features compact structure, small size, high lifting capacity, and wide application. Its rated lifting capacity ranges from 0.5 to 32 tons, with a lifting height of 6 to 150 meters. It is commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises, ports, warehouses, and other places. Here simply describe the usage of the 

II. Operating Environment Conditions 
The CD type electric hoist is suitable for the following environmental conditions:
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters
Ambient Temperature: -20°C to +40°C
Ambient Humidity: Not more than 85% (at 25°C)
Power Supply Requirements: Three-phase AC 380V, 50Hz, voltage fluctuation at motor terminals ±10%

Installation Requirements: Generally for indoor installation; outdoor installation requires a rain cover.


III. Safety Operating Procedures 
1. Pre-Operation Inspection 
Perform a no-load test run before daily work to check the working environment, the equipment itself, slings, and other potential hazards.
Check the wire rope, hook, brake, pendant station, lubrication status, and ensure the work site shows no abnormalities.

Confirm the limit switch operates correctly and the rope guide device ensures the wire rope is pressed tightly against the drum and wound in order.


2. Operating Precautions 
Strictly prohibit overload use: Forbid lifting buried objects or items of unknown weight.
Prohibit side-pull or oblique lifting: Do not lift loads at an angle to prevent damage to the rope guide and wire rope.
Limit switch usage: The lifting limit switch is a safety device to prevent the hook from exceeding its limit position and should not be used as a normal stop switch frequently.
Brake adjustment: Do not adjust the brake while a load is suspended.

Personnel safety: Do not pass loads over people's heads during operation; personnel must not go under a suspended load.


3. Post-Operation Requirements 
After work, the main power supply must be cut off. Loads must not be left hanging in the air to prevent permanent deformation of components.

The empty hook should be suspended in the air to avoid the wire rope becoming overly slack if the hook rests on the ground.
